Ivan Dolgunov is a virtuoso violinist and viola player. After finishing his postgraduate study in St ‘Petersburg conservatory, 2004 he worked in The State Hermitage Museum Orchestra ”St’Petersburg Camerata”. Later he worked in Mariinsky Theatre Orchestra and other large orchestral ensembles in St’Petersburg. Went on tours in a number of European countries, South Korea, Japan, USA performing both as an orchestra musician and a soloist. Ivan is an International Competition Diploma Winner. At present he is focused on his solo concert activities and working on rarely performed early chamber music pieces. He names Glenn Gould to influence his music culture, manner and style the greatest . Ivan says that creative potential of any person is immens.
